Conditioning

    • 50 Back Squats (115/75#) (CRX 135/95#)
    • 25 Burpees over the Bar
    • 40 Front Squats
    • 20 Burpees over the Bar
    • 30 OH Squats
    • 15 Burpees over the Bar
