- 500m-400m-300m-200m-100m Row SPRINT
- Partner will hold a front rack carry at 135/95# while partner is rowing
*Any time the bar is dropped from the Front Rack, 5 Synchronized burpees
*Rows should be performed at a MERE sub-maximal effort (85-90%)
