Conditioning

  • Beginning at the water and making your way to the parking lot:
    8R DB Snatches
    8R DB Overhead Walking Lunges
    8L DB Snatches
    8L DB Overhead Walking Lunges
    *After each round, run back to the water then run back to your DB.
