Strength

  • Push Press- Build to a heavy single

Conditioning

  • For Time:
    • 45 Push Ups
    • 30 Deadlifts (225/155#)
    • 15 Bar MU
    • 30 Burpees over the Bar
    • 45 Push Ups

CrossFit LITE

  • With partner, complete the following:
    • 150 Cal Row
      100 Push Presses
      150 Burpees
      100 Hollow Rocks (resting partner must hold hollow)
