Strength/Strict Gymnastics

  • 4 rounds (Unbroken if possible)
    • 10 Strict Toes to bar + 5 Strict Pull Ups

Conditioning

  • 4 Rounds Each for time
    • 20 Calorie Row
    • 15 Wallballs (20/14#) (CRX 30/20#)
    • 10 Burpees over the bar
    • 5 Muscle Ups
  • Rest 1:1 or alternate with a partner
