Today’s Workout

  • In teams of 3 (MMM/FFF) complete the following for time:
    50 Synchro Pull Ups (2 partners)
    50 Calorie Assault Bike
    75 Synchro Squats
    50 Calorie Assault Bike
    100 DB Hang Clean + Jerk (50/35#)
    50 Calorie Assault Bike
    75 Synchro Squats
    50 Calorie Assault Bike
    50 Synchro Pull Ups

Synchronized Pull ups will be performed with 2 athletes working, and one athlete resting. You may switch as often as you’d like. Calories on the assault bike will be split between teammates. Synchronized squats will be done with all teammates. DB Hang Clean and Jerks will be done with 1 athlete working, 2 athletes resting.
