50 Synchro Pull Ups
Synchronized Pull ups will be performed with 2 athletes working, and one athlete resting. You may switch as often as you’d like. Calories on the assault bike will be split between teammates. Synchronized squats will be done with all teammates. DB Hang Clean and Jerks will be done with 1 athlete working, 2 athletes resting.
