Strength

  • Week 6 of 5×5 Back Squats (heavier than last week!)
    • If this is becoming difficult, drop to a 5×4, 5×3, 5×2, etc. etc.

Conditioning

  • For Time:
    • 21-15-9 DB Box Step Overs (2×35/2×50#)
    • 42-30-18 Wallballs (20/14#)

CrossFit LITE

  • For Time:
    • 21-15-9 DB Box Step Overs (2×35/2×50#)
    • 42-30-18 Wallballs (20/14#)
    • 500m Run after every set
