Conditioning based workouts utilizing your bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, sleds, cardio machines, jump ropes, and more!
Unlike our CrossFit program, you will not see olympic lifts or higher skilled gymnastics movements in our SWEAT program; making it a little more manageable and perhaps less intimidating for those just beginning their fitness journey.
