SWEAT

This class will consist of a mix of metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • 30-45 minutes of functional fitness for all levels.
  • Conditioning based workouts utilizing your bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medballs, sleds, cardio machines, jump ropes, and more!
  • Unlike our CrossFit program, you will not see olympic lifts or higher skilled gymnastics movements in our SWEAT program; making it a little more manageable and perhaps less intimidating for those just beginning their fitness journey.
