    • 1+ Reps @ 95%

Add 10# to your previous 90% numbers and then take your working percentages

  • Bench Press
    • 5 Reps @ 75%
    • 3 Reps @ 85%
    • 1+ Reps @ 95%

Add 5# to your previous 90% numbers and then take your working percentages

Accessory

  • Superset the following
    • 3×10 Bent Over Rows
    • 3×15 RDL
  • 5x 1:00 Weighted Plank
