  • In teams of 4 complete:
    • 100 Partner Deadlifts (365/255#) while other 2 partners hang from pull up bar
    • 150 Synchro Wallballs (20/14#) while other 2 partners hold top of deadlift
    • 50 Synchro Burpees
    • 400m Team Run
