    • Odd- 400m Run + 5 Squat Snatches (135/95#) (CRX 175/115#)
    • Even- 400m Run + 10 Alternating Pistols

CrossFit LITE

  • 20 Minutes:
    • 8R/8L 1/2 Kneel OH Press
      8R/8L Single Leg Deadlift
      8R/8L Hammer Curls
      8R/8L Russian Twists
  • From 20:01-24:00
    • 40’ Front Rack Lunges
      Max Strict Pullups or Ring Rows
