    • Even Min- 5 High Box Jumps (30/24′) *Increase height each round if possible*

Conditioning

  • For Time:
    • 50 Pull ups
    • 50 Wallballs (20/14#)
    • 50 Toes to Bar
    • 50 KB Swings (53/35#)
