Today’s Workout

Strength

  • Back Squat
    • 10 reps @70%
    • 8 reps @75%
    • 6 reps @80%
    • 4 reps @85%

Conditioning

  • In 10 minutes complete:
    • 4 Rounds for time
      • 10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
      • 16 Alt DB Snatches (50/35#)
      • 24 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
    • In any remaining time,
      • Max Burpee Box Jump Overs
