Gymnastics
- Spend 15 minutes working skills/drills with a coach for Ring or Bar MU. If you have muscle ups, work the following complex to the best of your ability:
- Every 2 minutes x3
- 2 Strict MU
- 2 Strict Dips
- 2 Kipping MU
- Every 2 minutes x3
Conditioning
- 5 Rounds for time:
- 20 Calorie Assault Bike
- 15 KB Swings (53#/35#)
- 10 Pistols
- 5 Ring Muscle Ups
