    • Even: :30 Hollow Body Hold

Conditioning

    • 400m Run
    • 15 DB Squats (2×50#) (2×35#)
    • 12 DB Shoulder to OH

LITE Classes

  • 25 Minutes:
    6R/6L DB Bench Press
    12 Paused Goblet Squats (:02 pause at bottom)
    6R/6L Renegade Rows w/ Pushup
    12 Suitcase Deadlifts
    :60 Plank (weighted if possible)
