Strength

  • EMOM10, Alternating minutes with a partner:
    • Odd- 3 HEAVY Deadlifts
    • Even- 5 Strict Pull ups AHAP

Conditioning

  • AMRAP20, Alternating MOVEMENTS with a partner for total rounds:
    • 200m Run
    • 10 Burpees over the bar
    • 10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
    • 15 Heavy Russian KB Swings
    • 15 Hollow Body Rocks
