    • AMRAP20:
      • 5 HSPU
      • 10 Alternating Pistols
      • 15 Pull Ups

After Party

  • “Never Let Go”- Class Bar Hang. Last man standing, or hanging?

CrossFit LITE

  • 4 Rounds
    • 6R/6L SeeSaw Press
      6R/6L Front Rack Split Squat (rear leg elevated)
      6R/6L Renegade Row w/ Pushup
      :60 Plank (weighted if possible)

Coaches Notes:

Take your time, focus on good positions, and increase weights wherever possible.

If you do this as intended, it should take 20-25 minutes. If you choose to go light, do 6 rounds.
