  • Run 25 minutes at a conversational pace
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 10x100m Sprints, Rest 1 Minute

Barbell Club 9 AM

  • Build to a heavy complex of:
    • 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats
  • Then perform the complex at 95% and 90%

Accessory

  • 3×20 Good Mornings

Open Gym 10-12PM
