15 minutes to find a heavy triple. Then perform 3 reps at 95% and 90%

25′ DB Front Rack Lunges
10 DB Deadlifts
25 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
100m Run

RX – 50#/35#
CRX – 70#/50#

Rest 1:30 minutes between rounds
