  • EMOM for as long as possible:
    Odd: 1-2-3-4-5-6… Strict Pullups
    Even: 2-4-6-8-10-12… Pushups
  • Accumulate 2 Minutes in L-Sit
    *50 Double Unders every break

Today’s SWEAT Workout

  • 5 Rounds (not for time)
    • 10 Bench Press
      50′ Walking Lunge (dual db)
      10 Ring Rows (ft elevated if possible)
      50′ Death March (dual db)
      1:00 Plank
