Every Monday for the foreseeable future, we will be doing a 5×5 Back Squat program.

Today’s Workout

Strength

  • 5×5 Back Squat @75% of 1RM
    • If you do not believe you can accomplish all 5 sets at 75%, start lighter so you can increase each week.

Conditioning

  • For Time:
    • 25 Calorie Row
    • 25 Burpees
    • 50 DB Snatches (50/35#)
    • 50 Toes to Bar
