$40 buy-ins are due this week at the gym, as well as your before photos. Please give cash or check to any of the CFSE coaches.

Today’s Workout

Warm Up: 5 Rounds NOT for time

  • 5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 5 Strict Dips

Strength

  • 4,5,6,7,8,7,6,5,4 Reps
    • Bench Press (you may increase/change the weight)
  • 100ft Farmers carry after every set (AHAP)
    • 100ft= down and back across the gym
