I’m one of those on-off folks but despite that, every time I show up the vibes are consistent and immaculate. Never had an issue with cleanliness, the coaches are top-tier and actually care about you. The class sizes are totally reasonable and this place fosters a sense of community without going overboard like some other boxes. Give them a shot, young, old, fit, less-than-fit. Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level.

Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance.

Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

I have been an athlete my whole life, playing as early as I could stand and swing a bat through Division I College Athletics. I have coached from little ones through the Division I level as well. Once I was “done” playing I needed more so I joined the Army National Guard. I dabbled in CrossFit a bit before but once I was home from Basic Training I committed. A little over a decade later I found myself in Command on a combat deployment, what better way to keep the soldiers in shape and build up that comraderie than CrossFit! I unofficially coached overseas and when I came home I was offered a job coaching at CFSE that was a dream come true. In addition to having a background as an athlete I am also a Licensed Associate Counselor, I believe in the mind body connection and that we can heal through movement.

The very first CrossFit workout I did was back in August, 2016 at CrossFit Speakeasy. I was 19 years old and it has changed my life ever since. From proper gym etiquette, professionalism, to being held accountable to doing what’s right has translated into other areas of my life. From serving in the United States Air Force, to competing at Olympic Weightlifting Competitions, now Boxing, it wouldn’t have been possible without the intangible traits I’ve garnered from doing CrossFit. That’s what I love the most about this Gym, this Fitness practice, and the community of people you get to meet.

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember but it wasn’t until I stepped into Speakeasy in 2017 and took my first CrossFit class that my interest in helping others through fitness took off. Something I never had prior to joining Speakeasy was a community of likeminded, hardworking, and supportive people – this I believe is what ultimately drew me in and made me want to give others the same thing that CrossFit gave to me.Confidence in how I performed rather than what I looked like in the mirror, Crossfit made me feel like I could actually do hard things and if I stayed consistent, do hard things well. It made me feel strong and worthy, two things I struggled with a lot growing up. It was in 2020 that I decided to take this passion of mine a step further and took the CF Level 1 course while I was traveling through Australia. I started coaching classes soon thereafter and began personal training in 2021. I only hope that I can one day be even a tiny part of someone’s story about how CrossFit changed their life as it did mine.

I had been actively coaching in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Once I began CrossFit, I knew I wanted to give back to the community as much as it had given to me. Fast forward to 2013 and CFSE was built. I wanted to give people a comfortable, welcoming, and fun environment where they can accomplish more than just physical results.

I highly enjoy our community. Everyone has their own limitations, but they don’t let that stop them from achieving their goals. Being surrounded by all of these likeminded people on a regular basis, motivates me to be the best coach and friend to our members.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
