Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at CFSE. This is the time of year to reflect on the last 365 days and realize where you were and where you are now. Did you achieve the things you wanted to? Did you check your 2015 goals off? If not, why? With 2016 just around the corner, take some time to make some new goals. Reflect on ones you may not have reached and find a way to make them achievable. It may not have anything to do with the gym, but maybe it is something we can still help you with. 

This is also a time for you guys to tell us what you would like MORE of. Maybe there is some equipment you would like us to look in to getting, or perhaps there aren’t enough 35# Dumbbells during workouts? Whatever it may be, take some time to think about what it is you want from us, but let’s not get too out of hand. 

If you’d like to schedule a time to meet with a coach about your goals, feel free to shoot us any email at any time. We want 2016 to be an epic year for all of us- and it starts with you!

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our First Annual CFSE Ugly Sweater Brunch yesterday. It was a huge success and Rob and I would like to take a minute to thank each of you for all you do for our community. The Holidays are a time for family and friends to come together and show appreciation for the things we might not on a regular basis. However, your appreciation for yourselves is shown every day you show up to the gym. It is amazing to think where we were as a community just one year ago, and how far we have come as athletes, parents, friends, and people. The turnout we had at the brunch was just the beginning of the year ahead. We have big plans for you all as athletes and for our gym as a whole. A HUGE THANK YOU goes out to our very own Mr. Shrimp (Vin) for the amazing brunch spread! Absolutely stunning. I mean, an omelette station?! Come on! Please thank him when you all see him in the gym this week. Once again, thank you ALL for making this possible and may this Holiday season bring you everything you each deserve and have worked for. Happy Holidays!

Please join us for our first annual CFSE Ugly Sweater Brunch from 11AM-2PM!
