  • Max Effort 1 Mile Run

Metcon

  • Every 4:00 for 4 Rounds complete:
    • 500m Row
    • 10 Handstand Push-ups (CRX= 15 reps)
    • 2 Cleans (SX= 155/105#) (RX= 185/125#) (CRX= 225/155#)
