    • Rest 2:00 between efforts

Accessory

  • 5x
    • 1:00 Sandbag Hold
    • 1:00 Plank

Today’s CrossFit LITE Workout

  • 5000m Partner Row!

    Partner not rowing must hold:

    • Sandbag (0-2500m)
    • Plank (2500-5000m)

Switch as often as you’d like. If partner on the hold drops, you must stop rowing.
