  • 5RM Back Squat

Conditioning

  • Max Effort 1 Mile Run

Rest 4:00

  • 3x
    • 200m Sprint
    • 200m Recovery
  • 3x
    • 400m Run
    • 200m Recovery

The only prescribed REST is after the Mile Run. Following your final 200m Sprint/200m Recovery, start right away on your 400m runs. Score= Total Time
