10.7.17- Good Luck CFSE Athletes!

Good luck to our athletes competing at the 2017 Garden State Open at CrossFit 908! 

Today’s Workout

  • With a partner, complete the following (Part A-B) FOR TIME:
    • Part A:
      • 100 Calories AAB
        • *STARTING WITH and EMOM:
          • 5 Thrusters EACH (135/95#)
  • Upon completion of 100 calories, move on to:
    • Part B:
      • 100 Deadlifts (135/95#)
      • 100 Push Ups
      • 20 Rope Climbs
        • *Split reps however you deem necessary

*There is no rest period between Part A and B. 

*45:00 Time Cap

Strength

  • 5 Rep Pause Back Squat (2 sec pause)
  • Drop sets are 95%x5 and 90%x 5+ (limit to 10 reps)

Conditioning

  • For Time:
  • 90 Wallballs (20/14#)
  • 70 Abmat Sit ups
  • 50 Hang Power Cleans (95/65#)
  • 30 Ring Dips

  • This Saturday, Oct. 7th, several CFSE athletes are competing at the Garden State Open at CrossFit 908. Know this is a bit of a hike, but if we could coordinate carpooling, comment in the Facebook group! Good Luck to all of our athletes.
  • Our 2017 Fall Nutrition Challenge will begin Monday October 16th. Coronato’s Clean Cuisine will be at the gym Wednesday Oct. 11th doing a food sampling and again on the 14th for an informative session on all Nutrition challenge guidelines.
