    – Weighted Sit Ups

Athletes will go Pull ups to Z Press to Weighted Sit Ups. You WILL NOT do all 8 rounds of pull ups, and then 8 rounds of z press…etc.

    50 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
    400m Run
